Everyday Bruschetta Recipe
When you are in the mood for Italian, simply try Bruschetta. A simple, quick recipe makes all difference to the classic Bruschetta and gives an ultra-delicious taste to it.
Ingredients
| 4 slices Italian-style or sourdough bread | ||
| 2 large cloves garlic, cut in half lengthwise | ||
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Toast the bread under a broiler about 5" from the heat or on a grill.
While still hot, rub one side of each slice with the garlic, pressing the juice into the toast.
Spread the olive oil over the garlic-rubbed side of the toast with a brush or your fingers.
