Hearty Brunswick Stew Recipe
The brunswick stew is a hearty and filling stew made with baking hen, stew beef ad pork roast. Cooked with lima beans. Potatoes and onions, the brunswick stew is prepared with tomato soup and cream styled corn and seasoned to taste. served hot, the brunswick stew is perfect for big families.

| Lima beans | 1 Pound, dried | |
| Onions | 5 Pound | |
| Potatoes | 10 Pound | |
| Tomatoes | 4 Can (10oz) | |
| 2 cans cream-style corn | ||
| Tomato soup | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Pound | |
| Tomato Paste | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Dried red pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Boil meats separately; chop.
Grind chicken skins.
Soak beans overnight.
Cook beans and onions in broth; mash.
Boil potatoes in jackets; mash tomatoes.
Add meats and broth.
Combine all ingredients except potatoes.
Mash potatoes; add to stew while hot.
Cook, stirring to keep from sticking, until thoroughly heated.
May be canned or frozen.
