Brunswick Stew Recipe
The brunswick stew is a rich and hearty stew prepared with chicken and vegetables. This brunswick stew is prepared with only tomatoes and green lima beans. Flavored with tomato paste, red pepper and cooked in chicken broth, the stew has added pork in it for a chunky texture with a bite to it.
Ingredients

| 1 (2 1/2-pound) chicken, cut up | ||
| Chicken broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato Paste | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups cubed cooked pork | ||
Directions
Drain tomatoes and lima beans, reserving liquid; coarsely chop tomatoes.
In large heavy pot, over medium-high heat, combine chicken, chicken broth, tomato paste, tomato liquid, lima bean liquid, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; heat to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add tomatoes, lima beans and pork; cover.
Simmer 20 to 25 minutes more or until chicken is done.
