Squirrel Brunswick Stew Recipe
Ingredients

| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Small onion | 1 | |
| Corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lima beans | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Potatoes | 2 | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Season squirrel with salt and pepper.
2) In a heavy stockpot, add water.
3) Simmer the seasoned squirrel in water along with onion for 2 hours.
4) To this, add corn, lima beans, potatoes and sugar.
5) Simmer for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
SERVING
6) Serve hot with rice.
