Ingredients

 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, skinned, all visible fat removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
 Tomatoes1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 6-ounce can no-salt-added tomato paste
 Lima beans10 Ounce, frozen
 Corn kernels10 Ounce, frozen
 3 cups homemade
 Chicken Stock
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon

Directions

In a deep skillet or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add onion and saute until soft, about 3 minutes.
Add chicken pieces and remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 1 hour.
