Bruno Gerussi Sole Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. sole fillets, | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Fresh or frozen and thawed | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
| 4 tbsp. Fleischmann's | ||
| Paprika | ||
| Margarine | ||
| White wine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic bud, finely minced | ||
| Parsley sprigs for garnish | ||
| Juice of 1 lime | ||
Directions
Dry fillets on paper towels.
In a heavy skillet over medium high heat, melt Fleischmann's Margarine and toss in garlic.
Add sole fillets, in a single layer and brown (about 4-5 mins.) Pour on lime juice and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add white wine and simmer gently for about 3 mins.
Turn over carefully to cook other side.
When fish flakes easily, remove with slotted server to a warm platter.
Garnish with parsley and lime slices.
