Brunch Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 quarts black coffee at room temperature | ||
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Quart | |
| 1 quart coffee ice cream | ||
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Quart | |
Directions
In a punch bowl, stir together coffee and sugar until sugar dissolves.
Stir in vanilla and spices.
In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Blend cream into coffee.
Break ice cream into pieces with a spoon; add to coffee mixture.
