Brunch Pizza For A Crowd Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups Pillsbury's Best All Purpose Flour | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Shortening | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Bacon | 1 pound, sliced | |
| Cooked ham slice | 8 | |
| Swiss cheese | 8 Ounce, sliced | |
| 4 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine flour, salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening until particles are fine Sprinkle water over mixture while stirring with fork until dough holds together.
Form into a square.
Flatten to 1/2-inch thickness; smooth edges.
Roll out on a floured surface to a 15x10-inch rectangle.
Fit loosely into a 13x9-inch pan.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain on absorbent paper; crumble.
Place ham slices on bottom of pastry lined pan.
Top with cheese slices, then with bacon.
