Brunch Pancake Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
4 slices bacon
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento

Directions
Cook bacon until crisp; remove and crumble; pour off drippings.
Blend soup and milk; add bacon, eggs, and pimiento.
Heat; stir now and then.
