Brownie Refrigerator Cookies Recipe
Brownie refrigerator cookies are made with fudge brownie mix along with eggs. Filled with walnuts, the brownie refrigerator cookies are chilled before baking and can be served as delicious snacks with tea or just like that.
Ingredients
1 package (15.5 ounces) fudge brownie mix
1 egg
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix brownie mix (dry), egg and walnuts with hands.
(If necessary, add about 1 teaspoon water.) Shape into roll, 2 inches in diameter.
Wrap and chill at least 4 hours.
(Can be baked immediately.) 15 minutes before serving, heat oven to 375°.
Cut roll into 1/8 inch slices; place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake until set, about 5 minutes.
Cool slightly; remove from baking sheet.
