Ingredients

 
3 eggs
 
1/4 cup margarine
 
5 tsp sorbitol
 
3 tsp granulated sugar
 
1/4 cup flour
 
1/2 tsp salt
 
2 oz. baking chocolate, melted
 
1/3 cup skim milk
 
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Beat eggs until very light and thickened.
Cream margarine; gradually add sorbitol and sugar replacement, beating until light and fluffy.
Sift together the flour and salt; set aside.
Add cooled baking chocolate and beaten eggs to creamed margarine mixture.
Alternately add the flour and milk to creamed mixture.
Add vanilla.
Pour into a greased 9 inch (23 cm) pie pan.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 to 50 minutes or until pie tests done.
