Brownie Candy Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Chocolate morsels | 1 6 Ounce | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350degrees.
MAKING
2.In a saucepan, mix condensed milk with salt and sugar and allow it to boil by mixing continuously.
3.Whisk an egg and put a small quantity of condensed milk mixture into it and mix well.
4.Put the egg mixture to the condensed mixture in the pan.
5.Cook themixture on medium flame for a minute by stirring constantly.
6.Once done, turn the heat off.
7.Put semi sweet chocolate, morsels, butter, water and vanilla in the mixture.
8.Add nuts and flour and stir well.
9.Take an ungreased foil-lined cookie sheet and pour the mixture teaspoon ful .
10.Bake for 12- 15 minutes and once done, allow to settleand peel the foil.
SERVING
11.Serve with tea/coffee.
