Browned Butter Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Fettuccine | 8 Ounce | |
| Water | 2 1/2 Quart | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Poppy seeds | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large uncovered saucepan boil water. Add noodles, cooking oil and first amount of salt and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
2) Drain out from water.
3) Transfer fettuccine back to the pot.
4) In a small saucepan cook butter and second amount of salt over medium heat.
5) Brown the butter without burning it.
6) Use poppy seeds before butter start browning.
7) Mix the fettuccine to it.
8) Toss to combine.
SERVING
9) Serve hot.
