Brown Rice Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 c. long grain rice
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
2 cans beef bouillon
1 2 1/2-oz. can mushrooms, chopped
Directions
Place rice, onion and butter in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until brown.
Add bouillon and mushrooms.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Remove cover; bake for 10 minutes longer.
