Brown 'N' serve Club Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
| Brown 'n' Serve club or French rolls- As required | ||
| Prepared mustard | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soft butter or margarine - 3 tablespoons | ||
| Ham slice | 3 , boiled | |
| Pickle - 12 thin, sliced lengthwise | ||
| Swiss Cheese slice | 3 | |
| Tomato - 6 large or 12 small thin slices | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Slice each bread roll horizontally into 3 layers.
2. Preheat the grill
MAKING
3. Spread mustard on the bottom layers and butter on the other layers.
4. Place 1/2 slice ham and 2 slices pickle on the mustard layer.
5. Place 1/2 slice Swiss cheese and 1 or 2 slices tomato on the other layer.
6. Top ham layers with cheese layers and cover with bun tops.Use toothpicks to hold sandwiches together, if necessary.
7. Wrap each roll in heavy foil. Heat on outdoor grill over hot coals for 15 minutes, turning them over every 5 minutes.
