Pink grapefruit - 1, cut into cubes
Honey syrup - 0.5 oz (mixture of 1/2 part each, honey and water)
Jim Beam White Level whiskey - 1 oz
Ice - as required
Mint Sprig - for garnish
Directions
1) In the serving glass, place 3-4 grapefruit cubes at the bottom.
2) Pour in honey syrup on top of the fruit.
3) Give it a nice muddle with the muddler.
4) Pour in whiskey into the muddled mixture.
5) Top up the drink with fresh ice and stir to mix.
6) Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
