Brown Derby Cocktail Recipe Video

Ingredients
Pink grapefruit - 1, cut into cubes
Honey syrup - 0.5 oz (mixture of 1/2 part each, honey and water)
Jim Beam White Label whiskey - 1 oz
Ice - as required
Mint Sprig - for garnish
Directions
MAKING
1 In a serving glass, place 3-4 grapefruit cubes at the bottom.
2 Pour in honey syrup on top of the fruit.
3 Give it a nice muddle with the muddler.
4 Pour in whiskey into the muddled mixture.
5 Top up the drink with fresh ice and stir to mix.
SERVING
6 Garnish with mint sprig and serve
