Preheat a skillet to 350 F
Take 3 bananas and cut them in half yielding 6 pieces.
Now take the piece and cut that in a half moon ( 12 pieces now in total)
On the preheated skillet, place the bananas round side down.
Sprinkle Brown Sugar on the bananas (roughly 1 tablespoon per 4 pieces of bananas)
Let cook for roughly 10 minutes, you will know they are done when the brown sugar on the bananas has melted down.
Meanwhile, simultaneously cook the sauce to pair with the dessert.
In a small sauce pan, add 2 cups of apple cider and place on Medium-High heat.
Let Cider heat for a minute and then add 4 tablespoons brown sugar.
Stir the Brown sugar into the cider and be careful because as the Cider heats up it may boil over the side of the pan. To solve this when it starts to foam lift carefully the pan up from the heat and stir the sauce, the foam will go down and reapply to the heat.
Once the Cider starts reducing , add in 2 more table spoons to the sauce.
Let the sauce cook just as long as the bananas roughly for 10 minutes.
Place the bananas on the plate and pour desired amount of sauce over bananas.
Garnish with some parsley and sprinkle with some brown sugar.
