In a bowl, combine whole meal flour, plain white flour and bran.
Add bread soda, bread starter and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
Add beaten eggs, milk and butter. Mix them well.
Take 2 1-pound loaf tin stand.
Grease it with some melted butter.
Fill 3/4 of the loaf stand with the mixture.
Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top of the mixture.
Bake the mixture in the oven for 50 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes. Slice the bread, enjoy!
