Directions

Lightly grease 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Place small straight sided beverage glass, 2 inches in diameter, open end up in center of casserole.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour batter into casserole.
Microwave uncovered 4 minutes; turn casserole one quarter turn.
Microwave until no longer doughy, 11/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Twist and remove glass; invert bread on serving plate.
