| Rhubarb | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finley diced | |
| Raisins | 2 Tablespoon |

Directions
1) In a saucepan, thoroughly mix the brown sugar and evaporated milk together.
2) Stir in the margarine, salt, rhubarb and raisins, then simmer over a low heat until the rhubarb is just tender.
SERVING
3) Serve the sauce over puddings and cakes.
