 Eggs - 18 at room temperature
 Sugar4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt2 1/2 Teaspoon
 Vanilla2 Tablespoon
 Blackstrap molasses - 1/2 cup
 Vegetable oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light corn syrup2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Pecans4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pecan halves2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flaky Pastry crusts - 4

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk till smooth.
3) Mix the sugars together in a food processor, and mix with the egg mixture.
4) Using a whisk, mix in salt, vanilla, molasses, oil, and corn syrup.
5) To the bottom of each pastry, add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup pecan halves.
6) Evenly distribute and add in the filling.
7) Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
8) Lower the heat to 300 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes till set.

SERVING
9) Cool and serve topped with whipped cream.
