Brown Sugar Glazed Bananas Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 bananas, slightly underripe | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
About 20 minutes before serving: Peel and cut each banana diagonally into 4 pieces.
In large skillet, melt butter with brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Add bananas; saute over low heat, 10 to 12 minutes, basting with sugar mixture.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or sour cream.
