Brown Sugar Glazed Apples Recipe

| 1/3 cup light-brown sugar, firmly packed | ||
| Light corn syrup | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
Directions
1. Wash apples; core each, being careful not to cut through the bottom. Remove a thin slice from stem end, and make a decorative sawtooth edge on each apple.
2. Place apples in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle cut surfaces with brown sugar; drizzle with corn syrup and butter.
3. Place in oven with goose during last hour of roasting; baste apples every 20 minutes.
