Ingredients

 Cooked brown rice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk3 Cup (16 tbs), scalded
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
 Cheese2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Start oven, set at Moderate, 350° F. Fill a shallow pan half full of hot water. Rub 6 custard cups with margarine or butter.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into the custard cups. Set in the pan of hot water.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until the custards are firm. Garnish with very thin rings of sweet red pepper and serve hot.
