Ingredients

 Chicken livers1 1/2 Pound, halved
 Mushrooms3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Onion4 Ounce, finley diced
 1/2 medium green pepper, seeded and finely diced
 1 1/3 cups cooked toasted enriched vermicelli
 Cooked brown rice1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
 1 cup tomato sauce, no sugar added
 1/2 cup chicken bouillon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Place livers in broiler pan and broil 4 inches from source of heat 3 to 4 minutes, turning until all sides are browned.
Transfer to saucepan and add vegetables.
Cook 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.
Divide evenly.
