Ingredients

 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Mushrooms4 Ounce, sliced
 Tomatoes2 , diced
 2 cup beef bouillon
 1 cup brown rice raw
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 2/3 cup diced green chilies or 1 tsp. chili powder or 1/4 tsp. basil AND 1/4 tsp. oregano

Directions

1. Saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
2. Add tomatoes and bouillon. Bring to a boil.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Reduce heat. Simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
