Brown Rice Recipe
Grandma's cookbook is one of the best places to find a delicious recipe, this Brown Rice is right out from there. This is the most comforting Side Dish recipe I have come across. The key ingredient in Brown Rice is Rice. I would really appreciate a feedback on this recipe of Brown Rice. Thank You.
Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
3 cups hot water
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a deep, 3 quart, heat resistant, non-metallic casserole.
Heat, covered, on simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is almost tender.
Allow rice to stand, covered, 10 minutes.
Pour rice into a colander and rinse with hot water.
