Broth Pasta Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Condensed beef consomme - 10 oz. | ||
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ditali or other small pasta - 1 cup | ||
| Vegetable | 2 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Parmesan cheese- grated, to sprinkle | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan mix consomme, water, raw pasta and juice.
2) Stir to mix.
3) Boil the mixture.
4) Simmer covered for 10 minutes until tender.
SERVING
5) Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
