Broth Oriental Recipe
Ingredients
2 tsp rice
1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp celery, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp onion, finely chopped
1 tsp bean sprouts
1 water chestnut, thinly sliced
Salt to taste
Directions
Add rice to cold vegetable broth; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes.
Add celery, onion, bean sprouts and water chestnut; simmer 10 minutes.
Add salt.
