Broth Itauano Recipe
Ingredients
1/8 cup vermicelli, broken
1 cup broth
1 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto shredded
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp marjoram
1 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Cook vermicelli in boiling salted water; drain and rinse.
Bring broth to boil.
Add prosciutto, garlic powder, and marjoram.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add vermicelli.
Pour into bowl.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
