Broth Itauano Recipe
Ingredients
| Vermicelli | 1/8 Cup (16 tbs), broken | |
| Broth | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prosciutto | 1 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Marjoram | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Teaspoon, grated |
Directions
Cook vermicelli in boiling salted water; drain and rinse.
Bring broth to boil.
Add prosciutto, garlic powder, and marjoram.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add vermicelli.
Pour into bowl.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
