 1 Cut up Fryer
 Onion1 , sliced
 Carrots1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 2 Stalks Celery with leaves
 Peppercorns6

 1/4, Tsp. Thyme, crumbled
 Water5 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Heat ingredients to boiling, reduce heat and cover.
Simmer 1 hour.
Remove chicken and bone it.
Cube meat.
Strain and discard vegetables.
