Broth Recipe

Ingredients

| Carrots | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2 Stalks Celery with leaves | ||
| Peppercorns | 6 | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Marjoram | 1/4 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| 1/4, Tsp. Thyme, crumbled | ||
| Water | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat ingredients to boiling, reduce heat and cover.
Simmer 1 hour.
Remove chicken and bone it.
Cube meat.
Strain and discard vegetables.
Simmer 1 hour.
