Broiled Veal Chops Recipe
Hey, its weekend! It's time for some Broiled Veal Chops once more! It is a great Side Dish. Not trying out this Broiled Veal Chops after reading about it is one of the biggest sins you could possibly imagine of committing.
Ingredients
2 veal loin chops (6 ounces each)
2 teaspoons margarine, divided
1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary leaves, divided
1 teaspoon lemon juice, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/8 teaspoon pepper, divided
Directions
Sprinkle 1 side of each veal chop with 1/4 each of the rosemary and pepper; place in jelly-roll pan.
Dot each chop with 1/2 teaspoon margarine and sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice; broil 6 inches from heat source for 5 minutes.
Turn chops over and sprinkle with remaining rosemary, pepper, and lemon juice; dot each with 1/2 teaspoon margarine and broil until lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle with salt; serve topped with any accumulated pan juices.
