Broiled Tuna Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 can refrigerator biscuits | ||
| Tuna | 1 7 Ounce | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 tbsp. pickle relish | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Separate each biscuit into thirds; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain tuna; flake.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form; fold in tuna, mayonnaise, celery and relish.
Spread 1 teaspoonful on each biscuit.
Broil 6 inches from source of heat for 3 minutes or until golden brown; serve immediately.
May be refrigerated before baking for 3 hours.
