Ingredients
| 3 pairs of sweetbreads | ||
| 3 tablespoonfuls melted fat | ||
| Pineapple rings | 6 | |
| 2 cupfull Mushroom Sauce | ||
Directions
Skin and trim sweetbreads, prepared as above, dividing each pair.
Dip sweetbreads and pineapple rings in melted fat and broil or saute in a frying pan until golden brown.
Arrange a sweetbread on each pineapple ring and serve with a Mushroom Sauce.
