Ingredients

 
2 cups soybeans, cooked, pureed
 
1 onion, grated
 
1 clove garlic, minced
 
1 carrot, grated
 
1 stalk celery and tops, chopped
 
1/2 cup wheat germ
 
2 eggs, beaten
 
1/4 cup soy grits, soaked in 1/2 cup stock
 
3 tablespoons oil
 
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1/2 cup brown rice, cooked
 
1/2 teaspoon dill seeds, ground
 
1 sprig dill, minced

Directions

Blend all ingredients and mold into patties.
Broil until brown on each side.
