Directions

Use 2 pounds fresh or frozen jumbo shrimp in shells.
Thaw frozen shrimp.
Remove shells and vein.
Combine 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Add dash bottled hot pepper sauce.
Brush mixture on shrimp.
To broil in the range, place shrimp on a well-greased broiler rack and broil 6 to 8 inches from heat.
To broil on an outdoor grill, place shrimp on grill (a piece of wire screen will prevent shrimp from falling through).
Grill over hot coals.
Broil 5 to 8 minutes, turning shrimp and brushing with butter mixture once or twice during cooking.
Season the cooked shrimp lightly with salt
