Directions

Use 2 pounds fresh or frozen scallops.
Thaw frozen scallops.
Place scallops in a shallow baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Broil 3 inches from heat till the scallops are lightly browned, about 6 to 9 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges or Tartar Sauce and garnish with parsley, if desired.
