2 pounds scallops
1 cup milk
Dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Dip scallops in milk and roll in bread crumbs.
Place one layer deep in a greased shallow pan, dot with butter and broil 2 inches from source of heat 3 minutes, or until browned, turning frequently.
Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
