Broiled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup sauterne | ||
| 1/2 cup cooking or salad oil | ||
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Green onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 6 salmon steaks, cut 1/2 in.thick | ||
Directions
Blend sauterne, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and green onion and pour over salmon steaks in a large shallow dish.
Marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
To broil, remove steaks from marinade to broiler rack.
Broil 6 inches from source of heat about 5 minutes on each side, brushing generously several times with marinade.
Put steaks onto a hot platter and garnish with lemon slices and grape clusters.
