Broiled Pineapple Recipe

| 1 medium-size pineapple | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
Directions
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Cut pineapple skin away with sharp knife. Remove eyes with the knife tip. Cut pineapple into 8 round slices.
3. Arrange pineapple slices on a broiling pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
4. Broil for 3 minutes.
