Directions

Partially thaw lobster tails.
Using knife, butterfly tails (see picture).
Place on broiler pan, shell side down.
Dash few drops bottled hot pepper sauce into melted butter; brush over meat.
Broil 4 inches from heat till meat loses its translu-cency and can be flaked with a fork, about 17 minutes for 6- to 8-ounce tail.
Loosen meat; serve with butter and lemon.
