Broiled Liver Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb calves' or lambs' liver, sliced 1/2 inch thick
Melted butter or margarine
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Brush liver with melted butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil, 3 inches from heat, 3 minutes on each side.
Makes 4 servings.
