Broiled Kidneys With Bacon Recipe

Directions
Remove membrane from kidney, split in halt, and wrap a slice of bacon around each kidney, securing with a wooden tooth pick.
Place on broiler rack about 2 in from source of heat, and cook until bacon is golden brown.
Turn.
Cook about 10 minutes.
Serve oil toast.
