Broiled Icing: Recipe
This broiled icing recipe is a cake top icing prepared with brown sugar and coconut with cream and butter. Mixed together and broiled the broiled icing are best used on hot and warm cakes, fresh from the oven.
Ingredients
5 tbs. brown sugar
3 tbs. butter
2 tbs. cream
1/2 cup coconut
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan and boil 3 minutes.
Pour on hot cake and lightly brown in the oven
