Broiled Hot Wings Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 pound chicken"wingettes" | ||
| 1 tablespoon Tabasco or other dressing hot pepper sauce | ||
| Celery sticks | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. In a shallow dish, combine oil, Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, and cayenne. Add chicken and stir to coat well. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate up to 3 hours.
2. Preheat broiler. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Broil, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes, until well browned and crisp.
3. Serve wings on a platter with blue cheese dressing as a dipping sauce and celery sticks.
