Broiled Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 cup soft butter or margarine
2 tablespoons evaporated milk or cream
1/2 cup chopped nuts or coconut
Directions
Beat first 3 ingredients together.
Fold in nuts.
Spread on.
top of warm 9-inch square cake.
Place on broiler rack so that top is 4 inches from heat.
Broil 3 minutes or until frosting bubbles.
