1 pound lump crabmeat
 
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning, or 1 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1 teaspoon lemon juice
 
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
 
2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

Pick over crab meat gently and carefully to remove shells and cartilage; do not break up lump meat.
Add seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, and eggs; combine gently.
Form into medium size cakes; place in lightly buttered flat pan.
Place under broiler; cook until golden brown, turning once.
