Broiled Catfish With Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/3 cup unsweetened orange juice
2 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons tequila
1 tablespoon Triple Sec
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
2 pounds catfish fillets
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Vegetable cooking spray
Lime slices
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.
Set aside, and keep warm.
Rinse fillers with cold water, and par dry.
Brush fillers with 1 tablespoon lime juice; sprinkle with garlic powder.
Place on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heating element 7 to 8 minutes or until fillets flake easily when rested with a fork.
Transfer to a serving platter.
Serve with reserved sauce, garnish with lime slices.
