Broiled Calves' Liver Recipe
Ingredients
Calves' liver - 6 slices (1 1/2 lb)
Low-calorie French dressing - 1/4 cup
Mushrooms - 1 can (3 oz), drained
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Brush both sides of liver with dressing.
2) On a broiler rack, place the liver; broil, 4 inches from heat, 4 minutes.
3) Turn; then broil 2 minutes on other side.
4) Cover with mushrooms; broil 2 minutes.
SERVING
5) Serve the liver hot at once.
