Directions

Thaw frozen steaks.
Cut into 6 portions.
Place fish in a single layer in shallow dish.
Combine catsup, salad oil, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic salt, and salt.
Pour sauce over fish and let stand 1 hour at room temperature, turning once or twice.
Remove fish and reserve sauce.
Place fish in a single layer on greased rack of broiler pan.
Broil about 4 inches from heat till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes.
Baste several times during broiling with reserved sauce.
